Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates depend strictly on your delivery location and the total weight of the package. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure the most efficient delivery to your specific pin code.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on your location. Standard domestic deliveries typically take 3 to 7 business days to arrive once dispatched. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and occasional delays can occur due to weather conditions, festive seasons, or regional logistical challenges.
Order Cancellations
We strive to dispatch your natural wellness products as quickly as possible. You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If you refuse the delivery, standard return shipping fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this link to monitor the journey of your package until it reaches your doorstep.
Address Modifications
Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate when placing an order. If you need to change your delivery address, you must contact our customer support team immediately. We can only modify the shipping address if the order has not yet been shipped.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in securely packaging our Ayurvedic products. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work closely with our courier partners to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or solution.
